The service department could use a tune-up, but the sales team (especially Greg Cole) and products are fantastic. I had a relatively simple service request: replace the front passenger-side tire. I didn't need anything fancy, and I figured the dealership would be a fine choice for this straightforward request. When I brought in the vehicle, my service rep (Corky) annotated the request and asked if there was anything else. To which I replied, "This back tire looks a little flat, could you also take a look at that?" They performed the service and about an hour later I was on my way. About a week and a half after this visit to the service department, I found that my front passenger-side tire was completely flat. After speaking with several different employees (including the one who processed my original request), I deduced that they had replaced the back tire (the WRONG one) after also putting a patch in it. Really? They patched a tire, THEN replaced the same tire? And I paid for both operations? Yes, yes, and yes. I actually had to argue with the service rep and deliver evidence of the flat FRONT tire, but he never admitted to making a mistake. It became clear that Corky had simply botched the original service request and wouldn't own up to it. I finally spoke to the service manager and ultimately convinced him to meet me halfway on the cost of another new tire. Thankfully, after making a fuss, they replaced the tire that actually needed replacing. Sorry, Beaman. I'm still a loyal customer, but your service department needs a lesson in good service.

Beware of oil changes at Beaman they may not install your filter correctly then all your oil will blow out, like mine did. Take your car to Rivergate Toyota they fixed the problem caused by Beaman's negligence at NO cost.

I highly recommend Will Taylor at Beaman Toyota. I purchased a brand new 2012 Prius yesterday and absolutely LOVE it! Will was great and made sure I was completely comfortable and understood everything The finance guy was super nice and helpful as well. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Beaman Toyota. We were led to believe we were getting our car for a different price then it turned out on the paperwork.

One person I finally reached tried to explain it away and was rude. Other calls were never returned.

The issue was never resolved but I moved on.

I was later contacted about grading my experience and asked to let them know if I had any issues that needed addressed so they could correct them.

When I gave my response, I was treated like I was the problem.

Scott called me up and promised to make it right and said he'd call me right back. He never did. After more than a week I tried calling him to check the status. My calls were never returned.

When I finally spoke to to him again, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He had made the promises, never kept them and then lied about ever agreeing to. He was like a different person and I was stunned. He lied several times during all this.

The experience was very upsetting. My blood pressure shot up and I was stunned at the rude and unprofessional behavior I was subjected to.

I hate that I gave my business to these rude, dishonest people. We like Toyotas but now the car reminds me of how I was treated. The way I was disrespected was far worse than being cheated on the price.

Nice Selection. I purchased a used vehicle form Beaman Toyota Downtown Nashville. I looked for a vehicle for several weeks and other dealers. My friend had just purchased a vehicle and asked them where to go. They told me to go talk to Downtown Sterling Brown at Beaman. He found me a nice used Corolla and gave me a good deal. GREAT CAR AND AWESOME SALESMAN. I bought a used tacoma from Don Lott. He was really helpful. If he hadn't told me he had only been selling for about a year I would have thought he'd been doing it forever. I knew I wanted a tacoma and he worked really hard to get me what I wanted and actually found a really nice certified toyota for me. Thanks Beaman and Don.

Best Place To Buy a Car. I just wanted to thank Ryan Denson for the great car buying experience. He sold me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. I couldn't have asked for an easier or better car buying experience. My new Camry is great btw. Ryan took great care of me and made sure I got what I wanted. I'm not sure about the previous comments but obviously they are written by the same person(don't know who you think you're fooling buddy but you told the same story twice under two different names, hope you don't think anyone is falling for that). Ryan was a blast to work with and he knows everything about the Camry. Go see him if you want a Toyota and he'll take good care of you

Work with Will and Jeremiah to Buy a Car!. Had been doing tons of research online to find the best price and exact truck I wanted. With many dealers having my contact information, I was bombarded with salesmen trying to sell me what they had on THEIR lot. Perhaps it was luck, but Will Taylor called and had the exact model and was ready to deal! After we had negotiatied and I signed the dotted lines, Jeremiah Bryant was very extensive with his walkthrough of the vehicle and answered all questions I had.

OVERALL IT WAS AN A++++ EXPERIENCE!
