what is the big deal?. If you like boiling hot tasteless food that has been steaming for hours on end slopped in a Styrofoam container, then Monells Express is the place for you. It has given "meat & three" thumbs down for me. Pork chops are raw inside, chicken legs bloody----ugh. All veggies have the taste cooked right out of them--don't know what the big draw is. I think it is a racket.

I love Monell's. I absolutely love Monell's! Being a California native, Monell's embodies the definition of 'southern cooking'. Their food is always consistent, and the service is so very friendly. Whenever I have guests in town, dinner at Monell's is always on the 'to do' list.
