Editorial Review for Bobbie's Dairy Dip – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
This popular old drive-in box receives a steady stream of lunchers and passers-by. The 100-percent certified Angus beef double-patty could feed an entire family. Belgian-style potatoes get the double-fryer dip and coarse salt for great texture. Park your car, order from one window and pick it up at the other when they call your name. Most customers grab and go, but there's ample, shaded picnic-bench seating on the side.

I've been a Bobbie's regular for many years, but I'm sad to say today was the last day I'll ever go back. I was overcharged for my meals and when I brought it to the cashier's attention, the only response I received was "I don't make the prices". The menu states that kids meals are $4.00 each and I ordered two. I was charged $8.50 for one and $7.65 for the other. For those keeping count - that's an overcharge $8.15. The regular size combo I also ordered was $7.50 - less than either of the kids meals. Like I said, when I brought it to the cashier's attention, the only response I received was "I don't make the prices". How's that for customer service? To top it off, the sodas they used to serve were regular sized sodas - probably 20 oz. cups with this great crushed ice. Now they are these tiny 12 oz. cups with massive ice cubes - like a kiddie cup. Four sips and it was gone. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if they hadn't already overcharged me $8.15 for my meals. I hate to dis a place I've been loyal to for many, many years. I've even sung their praises. But to receive that kind of customer service for a mistake they they made...well, I feel I've been totally ripped off and don't want it to happen to anyone else.

I thoroughly enjoy the ice cream selections at Bobby's, but I disagree with the reviews that rate the burger as good. I have tried burgers all over this area and find Bobby's burgers to be lacking, specifically they are too dry. Everything else is great.
Pros: frozen desserts
Cons: sometimes difficult to park.
