In Short – Located near Vanderbilt University and popular among students, this spot features one of the city's most stellar views of downtown. Climb to the top of what was known to some in the 1940s as Radical Hill and you can admire more than just downtown. The Capitol, the Tennessee Tower and the Bell South Building (aka the Batman building) are foremost in your view, but on a haze-free day, you can see Waverly-Belmont and over Sylvan Park.

Since the installation of fences and razor-wire, Love Circle has lost its romantic appeal. Granted, the tower and other obstructions aren't beautiful, but now the place reminds me of a prison-yard. Thanks Metro Water, for ruining a great spot.

A place to alone together

If you look for that right place to pop the big question to her then this park has the right romantic setting enjoy the beauty and splender of this fine park
