In Short – A winding pathway through Opryland Hotel's indoor gardens leads to The Cascades Seafood Restaurant, where diners choose from chilled shellfish, broiled scampi, pastas and grilled fish dishes. Although the restaurant sees heavy traffic with khaki and Polo-clad conventioneers, it also lures tourists in search of a romantic meal nestled amid tropical foliage and waterfalls. Low gas lamp lighting and foliage-draped arbors beneath the soaring glass-enclosed atrium add to the garden ambiance.

The setting is like no other, waterfalls and greenery everywhere. You can see the chef preparing the sushi from your table. The lobster bisque is great. This isn't just a sushi restaurant, so don't be afraid to go in. There's great seafood and if your up for it order some sushi on the side !
