Trendy with some surprise finds. I had a great time at Posh. While most of what I fell in love with was out of my price range, I did get a fab pair of $14 sunglasses and a too cute $20 headband. I'm saving up for a terrific pair of shoes I found there. If you aren't into fashion or trends, then you probably won't enjoy this boutique. I enjoyed the guys working the floor, they were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

posh is a joke. I had the worst experience at posh. i bought at item from them that when i got home realized was defective. I had an award show to go to in new york they next day so i rushed to the store to get something that wasnt messed up.They refused to help me out when i all i wanted was the same thing but not damaged!! The manager was a total idiot and told me that this just happens a lot at the store....."people trying to return clothes that they have worn!". I never wore the item it was just pathetic that they could not help me out and on top of that insinuated that i was a liar. I did not want a refund just something that didnt have a tear in it and i was planning on buying more that day so.... they actually lost. I will never shop at posh again and my friends wont either. Oh well the only good thing is they are right next to H Audrey, and i went there and they helped me find the perfect outfit for my event!

Great Clothes, Great Service. I really like this place. I don't normally write reviews, but I wrote one earlier and now I'm on a roll. Alli tells all!!!

Some of the clothes here are really pricey, but most of them aren't. Besides, I knew it wasn't Target when I went in. What I liked the most is that I tried on about ten things, and the woman helping me actually told me what looked good, and more importantly, what didn't. Please, don't let me wear something that looks horrible. Remember, I'm advertising for your store. Posh definitely doesn't do that. I left feeling good about the store (and myself) and spent $255 for a great pair of jeans and a blouse.

Outshines the Others. I moved here from Chicago to attend Vandy. Since I've lived here, Posh has outshined all other boutiques in Nashville! There is not another store/boutique in town (that I've found) that carries the variety of clothing/shoes nor the eclectic designers that they do. And in terms of price, it is what it is. If you're at a boutique, the price point is going to be higher. Hello!!! It kills me how people complain about the price at an upscale boutique. And lastly, I've had excellent customer service overall. The staff changes a lot - but for the most part, they will go out of their way to help you.

Agree w poor customer service! Stay Away!. True the clothes are cute but way overpriced for Nashville (esp. adding on the 9.26 tax). The labers are not justified in the price, and I'm much much rather shop at the actual Nordstrom.

You will be offensively profiled when attempting to shop (I've found employees watching me while I tried on clothes..Twice!) but somehow disregarded when you actually need help. I've been because it's close to my dorm at Vandy, but keep a tough skin and lower your expectations in terms of pricing.

Proud to find this Boutique in Nashville. Boutique shopping is a pleasure at this classy store that offers anything a girl/ or guy could dream of!! I found many labels which are exclusive, and wearable. As a fashion purveyor, this boutique is one of the most fabulous with its customer service, on target with their return policy (most boutiques have strict ones), and to top it off, they have great events. The Green Hills location even has a runway built into the store! Overall, my shopping experience left nothing to be desired. You should make a stop by Posh a priority when visiting Nashville- All cities deserve a store like this one!

Not a white glove experience. During this "slowing economy" the only advantage one shop has over another is the effort they make toward exemplary client services. If the mission statement of the store is to target only a select group of people in Nashville then surely the owner is willing to invest in a nationally accredited training program for its employees. No one was treated with any deference when I was in the shop and as a result they are probably losing business, if the strict no return policy is any indication. Maybe this boutique is better suited to other parts of the country where shoppers have lower expectations regarding customer service.

Customer Service is as bad as Boutique Bella's. The poster who commented that Posh sales associates only help you if you look like you have money is right on. I dress well and have a good income, but usually wear very casual and comfy clothes when I shop. This attire is a license to be ignored at Posh. Another drawback to the story are the tiny dressing rooms, with curtains that do not close all of the way and insufficient hooks to hang up the garments you are trying on. I'll give the shop girls/guys in La Jolla, LA, NYC and Miami a pass on the 'tudes, but hey, this is Nashville.

Expensive but cute.. Very cute clothes if you're willing to put down some cash. I've never bought anything because I'm just too poor I suppose. I love looking at their stuff, you won't find the same stuff in most other stores.

STAY FAR AWAY. After shopping at the Clarksville store, with their friendly, helpful staff, it seems almost impossible that the two stores are affiliated, let alone the same company. This store has a much larger selection than they one in Clarksville, but the Nashville staff have me shopping elsewhere. I have been in there numerous times and no one has EVER greeted me, or asked me if I needed help. The only words that come out of the staff's mouthes are too EACH OTHER. They need to deflate their egos or someone needs to fire all of them A.S.A.P!!! STAY AWAY!
