A favorite of Vandy students, the Lucayan salad is leaf lettuce topped with marinated chicken breast, Mandarin orange slices, toasted almonds and tangy vinaigrette.
Try the Gypsy salad, a jazzed-up Greek salad with greens, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, fennel, pine nuts, lemon-cumin vinaigrette and eggplant fries.
Meat lovers will dig the prosciutto salad--a mix of baby greens, sliced pears, shredded prosciutto, shaved Asiago cheese and fresh mint.
Order a salad sampler--a few tasty choices are the pistachio couscous, basmati and wild rice salad or the roasted veggie salad.
The Sonoma Salad features mixed farm lettuces, Granny Smith apples, toasted almonds and crumbled blue cheese, served with a sweet garlic-zinfandel vinaigrette.
